Rachael Small is a neonatal nurse practitioner at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital. She recently had a son, Zane, who is currently four months old. She will be returning back to work in January, but for now she is spending most of her time with him. She was originally from the Midwest but moved to Palo Alto slightly over a year ago.
