Chef Nobu Hoyo is the head chef at Voyageur du Temps, a bakery in downtown Los Altos. Chef Nobu used to be a professional soccer player before he changed paths and became a baker, after studying in Japan and France. Chef Nobu holds a deep love for every aspect of the baking process, from the ingredients to the final creation, and he is happiest when he sees a customer enjoy one of his pastries.
